After a fabulous evening chatting with one of the chefs who will be using our cart, we were keen to start building. We had a super productive day, building the base, countertop and supports for the canopy. We're hoping to tackle the cladding tomorrow and then its time to start painting. Just under 3 weeks to go until show time!
